AUDIT SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

If you enjoy the aspects of public accounting that include developing strong client relationships, providing helpful assistance and solutions in the context of performing audits, reviews, compilations and tax return preparation without unnecessary unproductive aspects typical of other firms, then we would like to discuss an opportunity with you.

We are seeking an experienced senior accountant or manager. Excellent opportunity for self-motivated professional with strong communication, analytical, time management and organizational skills desiring accelerated career advancement opportunities, minimal travel, direct client responsibilities, working relationships with former Big-4 partners and some tax preparation experience. Must be able to work independently, efficiently and meet established deadlines with minimal supervision. Minimum 2 years public accounting experience required. Big-4 experience strongly preferred. Highly-competitive compensation DOE. 

Duties include:

*Planning and performing financial statement audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.
*Performing financial statement reviews and compilations in accordance with AICPA professional standards.
*Preparation of financial statements and footnote disclosures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
*Preparation of federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
*Miscellaneous other special projects and consulting engagements.

TAX ACCOUNTANT

Seeking experienced self-motivated professional with strong communication, analytical, time management & organization skills to prepare corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.  Close working relationship with Big-4 partners required.  Three year of public accounting experience.  Must be able to work independently, efficiently and meet deadlines.  Minimal travel.  Opportunity for career advancement.  Compensation DOE.
