Doing Well by Being Great at What We do: We are a firm where hard work, great client service and excellent technical skills are highly valued. We all work hard – from the partners to the most junior members of our staff. We all strive to improve our technical and client service skills – the practice of public accounting requires that you want to continue to learn and grow throughout your career.
Working to Live, Not Living to Work: We believe in providing great flexibility in our workplace, so our partners and employees can have true work-life balance. To the extent it makes business sense, we are highly flexible in the way we structure the work of our employees. With the onset of the COVID pandemic, this flexibility as to where and when people did their work paid off for us, as we were very successful at moving to a virtual office environment.
Inclusiveness: We feel that people should be judged based on their hard work, client service skills and technical excellence. We do not consider race, gender, gender identification, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation in any aspect of hiring, compensation, or promotion. We respect people’s exercise of their religious freedom and provide the flexibility in work schedules to allow our partners and employees to observe important holidays and events.
All of the firm’s leadership spent significant time in the world of Big 4 public accounting, so we bring that level of experience and sophistication to our practice.
Our clients are generally those who have accounting and tax issues that require this level of experience, but may not possess the size to need a Big 4 firm. If you enjoyed the technical challenges of a Big 4 firm, but would like to work in an environment that might be a little closer to home, a little more family friendly and down to earth, and a little less political, you may be interested in considering a career with us.
