Prior to joining CSMD in 2015, Miriam was a business and advisory services manager at Deloitte. In addition to her primary role as an audit manager, she also spent time working with Deloitte Tax. She has a breadth of experience serving both closely-held and large public companies in various tax, accounting and consulting roles. Her experience includes domestic and international tax compliance services for business and individuals, business advisory services, analytic review of business processes and results, and audit and assurance services.

She has served technology, consumer business and energy clients with mergers and acquisition transactions as well as initial public offerings, and has experience with building and leading various sized teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Miriam spent four years living in Melbourne, Australia and is an Australian Chartered Accountant as well as a Certified Public Accountant in the US.
